Blue

IMG_5918They say blue is the color of sorrow but I don’t  see it that way.

Blue is a summer’s day welcoming a rose, a bee, a cottontail in the waking hour.

Blue is crisp as a cloudless sky in the winter, framing a majestic mountain or making brilliant a blanket of snow.

Blue is the backdrop against a sail as it sings across the sea.

Blue is a child’s eyes that glisten with gladness at the sound of a song, or a dance or hug.

Blue is happiness, peace, and love. Blue is life.

    Hi,
I like blue but have never seen it as one of my favourite colours. Maybe, it is because I sing and sometimes I sing blues, which I relate to the colour blue.
